It was chaotic, inefficient, and completely out of sync with the creative energy of the beauty world. The mission? Reimagine how talent and salons find each other—and finally bring some polish to the process.
Partnering with the co-founders, I led a design sprint to uncover what really wasn’t working. The answer: almost everything. We mapped pain points, redefined the journey, and built a working prototype of a native iOS app that let stylists showcase their work and match with salons that fit their vibe. Salons got curated, professional profiles at their fingertips. The feedback? Instant traction. We didn’t just fix the system—we elevated it.
